SECOND HARVEST TRI-CITIES and the NWAACC Joined Forces to "Fight Hunger, Feed Hope"
Second Harvest Tri-Cities, a community partner since 1997, partnered with The NWAACC Tournament to “fight hunger, feed hope” in our community.
Marco Azurdia, the Executive Director of NWAACC, contacted us prior to the tournament asking if we would be interested in including a food drive. Of course, we are always interested in providing food to our community! As a result of this conversation, Second Harvest was the recipient of 2,052 pounds of foods. Thank you NWAACC, student athletes and Marco – we look forward to working with you next year.
