Softball NewsWalla Walla's Jill McDaniels inks with Central Washington University softballWalla Walla softball second baseman Jill McDaniels signed a National Letter of Intent to Central Washington University. McDaniels was named to the 2011 NFCA NWAACC All-Academic All-American Team and was 2nd Team Eastern Region selection. She is also a Merit Scholar at WWCC and was recently named to the NWAACC Sophomore All-Academic Team with a GPA of 3.71. She is currently having a blistering year for the Warriors leading the NWAACC in home runs with 15 and RBI’S with 61. McDaniels plans to study Education and teach math in high school.
