The Bellevue Bulldogs got an excellent pitching performance from Brian Buckham who pitched seven and two-third innings allowing only two runs. Buckham struckout six and allowed two earn runs. The Cardinals had a few costly errors in the early innings.

GRESHAM, Ore. – Mt. Hood Community College Director of Athletics Fred Schnell has announced the hiring of Matt Dorey as the Saints new head baseball coach. Dorey replaces Dale Stebbins, long time MHCC Head Coach and NWAACC Hall-of-Fame member, who stepped in as interim Head Coach for this season when Gabe Sandy was hired by the Florida Marlins MLB organization. Sandy, who spent the past seven seasons at the Saints' helm, led the Saints to the NWAACC Championship in his first season, 2000, after taking over from Stebbins. ...more

Vancouver, WASH- The 2007 NWAACC Hall of Fame inductees have been announced. The inductees will be honored at the 20th Annual Hall of Fame Banquet being held at the Bellevue Red Lion May 31st. The Hall of Fame includes athletes, coaches, teams and administrators who have enhanced and improved the quality of athletics at Northwest Community Colleges or have distinguished themselves after leaving the NWAACC.
